FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your weekend services like?

Each weekend at Crosspointe you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with engaging worship music. We provide a printed outline for notes that will help you make the most out of our practical and relevant messages. Click here for service times and directions.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time, we will make you feel comfortable and welcome. We know that many people want to check out a church and “be anonymous” for a while, and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.

What do I wear to attend your services?

You’ll find everything from casual clothes to suits at our weekend services. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Crosspointe is not about what you look like or what you wear.

Where are you located?

We are located at the corner of the North Bypass and Underwood Street in Dalton, GA. Click here to generate directions to our church from any location.

Do you have a midweek service?

We hold our First Wednesday worship service on the first Wednesday of every month. Throughout the rest of the month, we offer on-campus Life Groups on Wednesday nights. Our Life Groups coincide with the school calendar so new groups are beginning every few months, but feel free to jump in at any time. These groups include everything from marriage and parenting classes to Bible studies.

What about my children?

At Crosspointe your children are a top priority. Our Kidpointe Mini nurseries are clean, safe, and staffed with loving volunteers. Our Kidpointe Jr. (3 years-K) and Kidpointe (1st-5th grade) ministries are dynamic and age appropriate to teach your children Biblical principles in an interactive and fun environment. Resonate Students ministry is an engaging and life-changing opportunity for middle school and high school students to grow in worship and relationship.

How can I meet others and get connected?

There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending Growth Track, which is a four week introduction to Crosspointe. You can also get involved in a Life Group, in which you can build lasting relationships with others and find opportunities to grow in your faith.

What is Growth Track?

Our desire is to see everyone become a fully-devoted follower of Christ. Growth Track offers the tools necessary to begin this process. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord, to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step into fulfilling the call God has placed on your life. Begin the process at our next Connection 101 session.

Why do you have Life Groups?

Life Groups are an important part of Crosspointe. We believe that discipleship occurs, servant leaders are developed, and authentic ministry takes place most effectively in a small group setting. Life Groups allow you to meet others and develop relationships as you grow in your walk with Christ. As Crosspointe grows, Life Groups allow us to “stay small” and connected.  Life Groups are available for all ages and we encourage you to find a place to get plugged in.
